It is a 100% Cabernet Sauvignon aged in Allier oak barriques. It is a full-bodied deep red wine with violet reflection with notes of ripe fruit berries and even hints of graphite, vanilla, tobacco and cocoa. It is harmonious and elegant with marked tannins that give to palate unique sensations.

Production areaThe 1,5 hectares ( 3,7 acres) dedicated to this vine type are located between San Casciano and Mercatale in val di Pesa in one of the best area to produce the Chianti Classico. The area has smooth hills with a moderate content of clay and rich in structure. The different exposure of our vineyards allows to produce grapes with a high organ electric complexity, a pre-condition to obtain excellent wines.
