Each of our tasting experiences is an invitation to slow down and connect with the land. We will guide you through the history of our estate, revealing the secrets of organic winemaking and the art of ageing in the quiet of the barrel cellar. Whether you are a connoisseur or simply an enthusiast, you will find a tailor-made experience to discover the elegance of Chianti Classico and the innovation of our international crus, always accompanied by the authentic flavours of the Tuscan countryside.
Classic Wine Tour
A relaxed and convivial experience to discover the essence of Carus Vini. The tour includes a guided visit to the vineyards, the winery and the barrel cellar, concluding with a relaxed tasting accompanied by stories about the wine and the local area.
Tour: Vineyards, winery and barrel cellar.
Food: Served with a platter of cold cuts and cheeses, and a basket of bread.
Location: In the garden or amongst the barrels (weather permitting).

Super Tuscan Wine Tours
A journey dedicated to discovering our most prestigious IGT wines. Amidst the vineyards and the barrel cellar, you’ll enjoy a moment of pure relaxation in a friendly atmosphere, gaining an insight into Carus Vini’s international philosophy in a warm and authentic setting.
Tour: Vineyards, winery and barrel cellar.
Food: Served with a platter of cold cuts and cheeses, and a basket of bread.
Location: In the garden or amongst the barrels (weather permitting).

Light Lunch
Discover our winery with a guided tour through our production process, before concluding the experience at the table with a tasting of our wines, paired with a lunch of Tuscan flavours.
3 selected wines to taste, including a Rosé, a Chianti Classico and an IGT Toscana, paired with:
- A board of local cured meats and cheeses
- Pasta course
- Dessert and coffee
The menu is fixed and will be shared a few days before the date, to ensure the use of fresh, seasonal ingredients.

Under the stars of Chianti Classico
- Friday 19 June (the Moon-Jupiter conjunction, just before the summer solstice)
- Friday 10 July (Milky Way Night)
- Friday 31 July (Full Moon Party) – dates chosen by the astronomers who will be attending the event, based on a particular alignment of stars and planets.
A tour of the winery with a tasting and a buffet dinner at sunset, followed by stargazing with a professional telescope amongst the vineyards, led by a researcher from the ‘Astronomitaly’ association.
